Prosecutor Lucido Commends Warren Pd In Operation Peace Efforts
Mount Clemens, Michigan — The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office commends the Warren Police Department and Police Commissioner William Dwyer on the recent success of Operation PEACE. Operation PEACE (Police Enforcement and Community Engagement) is Commissioner Dwyer’s sixth initiative aimed at making the City of Warren an even safer and better place to operate a business and raise a family.
The five-day task force operation was incredibly successful, taking money and drugs off the street, making arrests and requesting criminal charges be authorized. The Prosecutor’s Office supports Commissioner Dwyer’s commitment to taking progressive action to identify those who participate in illegal activities within our community. The Prosecutor’s Office looks forward to working in conjunction with the Warren Police Department to ensure that those responsible are held accountable for their actions.
The Prosecutor’s Office also commends the leadership efforts of Warren Mayor James Fouts, and his steadfast support of law enforcement.
Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido reminds the public that all accused are innocent until proven guilty.
